- We are seeking a commercially aggressive and results-driven Business Development – FX Sales Executive to drive corridor growth, institutional partnerships, and FX transaction volumes.
The Role
- This is a revenue-critical position.
- You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing high-value FX and remittance partners, driving transaction volumes, and expanding strategic payout and inflow corridors.
- This role requires deep understanding of FX dynamics, remittance structures, and regulatory considerations within international money transfers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new IMTO partners, aggregators, and payout institutions
- Drive FX transaction volumes across key corridors
- Develop and execute corridor growth strategies
- Negotiate commercial terms and pricing structures
- Monitor competitor pricing and market movements
- Maintain strong institutional and agent relationships
- Ensure compliance alignment in all partnership activities
- Provide regular revenue and pipeline performance reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4 – 8 years experience in FX sales, remittance, or cross-border payments
- Proven track record of closing institutional deals
- Strong network within banks, fintechs, IMTOs, or aggregators
- Deep understanding of FX spreads, pricing strategy, and liquidity management
- Strong negotiation and commercial structuring skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in performance environments.

- Retail banking marketers without FX exposure
- Relationship officers without measurable revenue impact
- Passive sales profiles.
